Ordered two buffalo chicken sliders and they were way to small. They were on little breads and were the size of chicken nuggets. This was frustrating because they were two dollars each. Service was slow. Better arbys in Tennessee to be honest.

Update 8/26/2023… you’re sauces are over 2-3 years old. 2 of my beef and cheddars ruined because the horsey sauce was yellow and no longer good. CHECK YOU PRODUCT!!!! Wow……what a place to go. Must be hell to work there. Not one employee even almost smiled. Every single employee looked like they absolutely hate life. Front and back not even an attempt at a greeting,just silence. When we walked in my 5 year old and 6 year old sons ran up to the girl at the register and said HELLO! And smiled and waited for her to respond….NOTHING!!! Not one single word. She even averted her eyes and started staring at the keys on the register instead. No hello or anything. Eventually my wife and i stepped up to order and still not a single greeting or “can i take your order?”. Just silence. During the ordering process i was asked all of the usual questions about sizes and what to drink. When our order came we were standing there and it was just handed to us without a word. When i got sauce packets from them still no attempt by either of the ladies up front to show some kind of decent customer service. Also while eating the girl at the register came over with a broom and stood about 2 feet away from our table sweeping the same two tiles over and over again for nearly the entire time we were eating. I have always been happy with the food and service but I’m sorry Arbys i won’t return for a very long time. Someday your employees will be different and it won’t be depressing to go there. Very! Very! dissatisfied!

I don’t like to leave a lot of reviews but I really feel like I need to this time. As we were waiting at the window for our food after I already paid I noticed how the worker wiped her nose and then grabbed my fries and my slider and put it in the bag I ended up getting home and just throwing them away and not eating anything. That is disgusting and poor hygiene, do better.
