Typically I wouldn’t complain, nor would I leave a 1 star review if a company fixes their mistakes. However, tonight’s experience was different. I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 orders of different flavor wings. 1 pizza and 1 set of wings were right. The other 2 items I ordered were wrong. I called and I was greeted with hostility instead of a kindness. The manager insisted we were wrong on the flavoring. When 3 different people tried the wings and clearly both sets tasted the same. She insisted they were different flavors by the ‘coloring’. They both had the same orange color and tasted the exact same. But she was rude and we were wrong. When we picked up the fixed order, she still insinuated we were lying. We’ve ordered from the same store for once a week for over a year and we will no longer from there.

My wife and I haven’t had pizza in years, but we had guests over and decided to get Pizza Hut. The Personal pan pizza is excellent and the boneless buffalo chicken bites are excellent too. The buffalo sauce we got is flaming hot, and it was delicious. I just wish they served buffalo chicken Mac and Cheese!!!

The Richlands Unit of Pizza Hut has always been pretty good. The food is consistent relative to quality, and is markedly better than Domino’s Pizza. I have been a patron for many years, especially right after they started. As I’m older, when I hear the word “pizza,” the one thing that comes to mind is thin bread, tomato or marinara sauce and various meats and vegetables on it.

If I could do less than one star I would. They messed up my order and when I called to tell them about it the manger got on the phone and was so rude and yelling at me. When I asked for her name they refused to give it to me. I will never eat there again. Also there’s no way to contact corporate.

I ordered new melts at my local Pizza Hut which weren’t bad but also weren’t what I expected. When i think of a melt I think if something with melted cheese oozing from the sides. Which was not what I received. Even more of a let down was the fact that the salad bar has not reopened since being shut down during the pandemic. My wife and I were the only customers in the store, so it was quiet, which was a plus.

Received a rotten salad via delivery, and on calling the store, we were told that our salad was made fresh. You could put your finger through the croutons, most of the lettuce was brown and squishy, and there was a clear smell of rotting food. Sorry, but no matter how much you insist it was fresh, a rotten bowl of food in front of me says you’re lying. We were ultimately sent a new salad, but the attitude of the store on the phone is a real problem.
