An untraditional preparation of a Louisiana classic. Chicken and sausage cooked into a rich tomato stew and topped with rice. Go ahead and add some gulf shrimp to yours!
Jambalaya W/Shrimp

Neighborhood spot for Cajun/ southern food. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The food were very well seasoned. They were very generous with the portions. Make sure that you order their Danks wings (chicken wings) – which is not on the menu.

Awesome spot would never known it was there if it weren’t for google! Amazing wings and service!, Not usually in to wings that are dry rub seasoning but man were these the best !!. I know have a new favorite wing spot, but also a great sport for Cajun food!.

Got the shrimp n grits and it was the best I’ve had outside New Orleans! Grits very creamy and flavorful, shrimp cooked perfectly, andouille sausage and tomato gravy wonderfully umami with a hint of spice. We devoured it too quickly to take a pic! Very kind staff—we were given complimentary New Orleans rice fritter beignets (which I did get a pic of!) will be coming back every time I’m in Phoenix.

CC’s on Central offers classic American breakfast and lunch options but my favorites are the Southern dishes! The hot link po’boy, collard greens salad (pictured) and jambalaya are all *chefs kiss*

By far one of the top 3 burgers I’ve ever had! And I don’t usually like crinkle fries but they were so crispy and it was takeout! I will forever get my burgers here!

The Jambalaya, red beans & rice, and burger are great! There’s not many Cajun/southern restaurants in the Valley and I’ve tried most of them. This one might be the best. I grew up near NOLA so I’m always on the lookout for new Cajun restaurants and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. I’m crossing my fingers a fried shrimp poboy makes it onto the menu some day!

Incredible food in an incredible atmosphere! I went with my mother and almost slapped her because the food was so good! By far the best greens I’ve ever had. The ingredients or so clean and simple yet his pairing is so complex and right on the money. Chef Devon and his momma are a God send to this desert! Definitely will be taking more friends and family to experience this.
