Pizza crust was not done and limp also food was not very hot. Definitely not enough people there helping them out. I’m sure c they had to be short staffed. This is second time pizzas we’re that way. Staff was friendly though.

Showed up at the time app said the order would be ready. App says the order is ready. Screen shows the order is ready. Had to wait 15 additional minutes. Paid additional for pan pizza and did not get pan pizza. The marinara sauce they gave was only 1/3 full.

Customer service is trash! Food is suspect… they couldn’t find my order after I paid them $75 for a family pack and the manager tells me to “come back in a couple hours and we’ll see if we’re caught up on the orders”… WHAT?! When I asked for a refund, the mgr tells me he’s not authorized to give refunds. I’ll never give this location another dime!!

I ordered 4 pizzas for delivery, it was clear that the pizzas were old and stale when they arrived at my house. I got the wrong pizza and when I called it took 4 calls before getting through to someone. They told me that the correct pizza would be sent out promptly, well it never arrived. When I tried to call back I couldn’t get through to anybody. Worst experience ever!

Ordered for delivery waited 95mins finally called and asked where the pizza was. I was told it was delivered. Pizza hut uses door dssh delivery drivers who are to stupid to even ring a doorbell, and just leave your food on the porch. Nothing like eating frozen pizza since it’s 20 degrees outside guess I’ll keep my tip and eat a tombstone next time!

Ordered pizza for myself and my co-workers got there in timely manner got a veggie lovers pan pizza NO olives had olives on it and barely cooked!!
