The coffee was burnt. No organization in the coffee line, they would call out orders not names; and people were grabbing the wrong drinks. The food is mediocre at best. I think the cooks were rushing, because the hash browns came out like they used a cheese-grater on a baked potato. Make sure to ask for extra crispy. The decor and atmosphere are nothing to write home about. The staff was hit or miss. The lady at the counter was friendly, but our food runner gave me some attitude when I asked for a fork & she told me it was at the station behind me. The bacon was awesome, which is why I didn’t give them a 1⭐️.

Came here on a Friday morning and had no wait. The woman working the counter was welcoming and friendly. You order at the counter and are given a number to put on a table of our choice. Self-serve water/cutlery/coffee station. The menu is small but appealing. I got the standard eggs, hash browns, and bacon and was very happy. Good quality food with generous portions. If you’re looking for a no-frills tasty breakfast, this is the place.

If you aren’t interested in a 45 minute wait at the Pancake House on a weekend for breakfast, this is one of the only other places open. The aviation themed decor is wonderful. Their Eggs Benedict is solid, and you can never go wrong with Blue Sky Bagels. Their brew coffee is not the best, but I don’t know about their flavored coffee drinks. All in all a perfectly good breakfast.

Unfortunately, since it’s a holiday, their breakfast is limited to a few options. The sausage burrito and sausage breakfast sandwich were good, but the coffee isn’t. The cold brew had an unpleasant sourness to it , and the latte tasted burnt. Ended up going to Mountain Java to get different drinks.

Latte and plain bagel over 13 dollars! Service is slow, took 20 minutes to hand me a plain bagel, coffee was out in reasonable time. Nothing special about this place, I think the townies just don’t care, price exorbitant for what you get. Uninspired.
