Had a great time, and a lovely meal. Strolled around a bit. Everything was very clean. The staff were all very affable. The atmosphere is reminiscent of 1960 Country Club style. Couldn’t finish the croissant sandwich!

Cannot speak for the food. But it’s worth checking out for the power wall. Really cool set up of old power switches and electric equipment probably going back to the days of Tesla and Edison.

I had the cod fish sandwich with a salad and fries yummy. The display on the wall was from the hotel each room had a small mini generator electric switch for each area in the room. Very interesting Good food selections

The hostess apparently was not very welcoming. We thought she was a guest, sitting on a stool, slouched with her legs dangling. Food was warm. Cheese on my burger was still cool and never even started to melt. The lettuce was so wilted it made the sandwich look gross. The iced tea was ok, but the ice melted by the time it got to the table. We got the impression this place is much more bar than grill We won’t go back

It was late night. We wanted a decent meal, and it was one of the few places open. I was only able to try the burger and fries. Both were pretty mediocre for the price. There was more bun to make it seem impressive in size, but it was thin like a certain fast foods red-head burgers. The brief time I was in to pick up my food, it appeared to have a good atmosphere of a more upscale bar. It was the kind of place where you could feel comfortable sitting alone.

Ah, the Power Plant bar and Grill, where my expectations were electrified but unfortunately, my experience was rather shocking. Let me regale you with the tale of my visit, which left me feeling somewhat amperaged.

Had an excellent lunch today with grilled cheese and chili. Prepared well and good flavor. Great place for lunch during Tennessee Realtors Convention at the French Lick Resort.

Huge Disappointment! We were really looking forward to eating at the resort during our visit and regretted our decision. The kudos meals were fine but overpriced. I had an entree sized ceasar with grilled chicken and my friend had the chicken ceasar wrap. The wrap and salad were DROWNED in dressing and the salad had ~35 croutons. The chicken? Almost impossible to find between the minimal amount amongst the mountain of croutons. There was grated cheese but I couldn’t say how much although it seemed like a lot. The 6 oz of dressing made it difficult to discern how much was there. I got through 1/2 of the salad and only half the wrap was eaten due to the excessive dressing. The server, who was average at best, never made an inquiry about the food was or if we needed anything. This was easily the lowest point of our vacation.
