Asked for extra buffalo sauce on the specialty Buffalo chicken and they put none on at all. Wjats the point of ordering a specialty pizza if they don’t even finish the order? It would have been cheaper to just customize at this point. Ripped off. At least I have my own. There’s have been too many mistakes from this property in the past.

Love dominos so much. Especially the store on 153 East and 4370 S SLC Utah. They always make my pizza 100% perfect each time. We get pizza from this store every other evening because it’s such a good deal and it’s great for lunch or snack for my kiddo. He is their little regular customer. He goes in and grabs the pizza all by himself. He is only 5 yet they all treat him so well and they are so nice to him! They all deserve a raise at this store because seriously they have never made a single mistake and out of the 45 pizzas I’ve got all 45 of them were made exactly the way I wanted and perfect. Went around 10:30 pm, the sign said they were open. The door was open, but when I went in everything was closed up and no one came to take our order. We could see 2-3 employees in the back through hiding from us. Definitely made eye contact with one, but they kept hiding and didn’t answer when I called out to them. Awkward

I had my order delivered at the wrong address so i called and said i would pick up the order instead since i wouldnt want the person delivering to screw up again. Luckily i was able to receive a refund for the first order but i realized the next day they charged me twice for the 2nd order. I called once again and they told me to contact their customer service. Their customer service nothing but bots so Ive sent emails and messages months ago and i have yet to get any response. How long does it even take for an answer? Is dominos just run by incompetent people? I just want a refund…

You can try to give this place a call it’ll just drop your phone call every single time you can’t get a hold of anybody here. We ordered pastas we always go to this place as well. But this time if you look at the chicken it’s like one layer of noodles two pieces of chicken then you look at the marinara sausage one and that’s about how full the chicken one should be but it has no sausage it’s just noodles and sauce terrible experience we used to go here all the time I don’t know management changed but we called to see if we can get a refund take it back whatever you can’t even get through to anybody terrible management great front desk though the guy with the ponytail on his beard is awesome

Deleted last review. 5yrs ago. Ordered dinner last night. Pepperoni pizza over cooked. Chicken Alfredo pizza under cooked. Way too much sauce and cheese. Gave them another chance. They still SUCK AT THIS LOCATION. Your BEST BET IS TO GO TO THE GROCERY STORE NEARBY AND BUY FROZEN PIZZA.

Ordered pizza. App told me pizza was delivered. No pizza was delivered. Called the store. The person I spoke with told me it would be at least 30 minutes before the pizza was redelivered. I told her that was unacceptable as we had already been waiting for over thirty minutes. Manager yelled at me, told me she was canceling my order and that I wasn’t getting pizza pizza tonight. Then she hung up on me. I called back. Same person answered. I asked to speak with the manager she said she was the manager. I asked for her name. She refused to give me her name. She then told me never to order from Domino’s again and hung up on me. I called back a 3rd time to ask for her name. She again refused and told me that I was blacklisted and that any orders coming in from my number or address would immediately be canceled. Then she hung up on me again. Blacklisted for being upset that the pizza I paid for was never delivered. Imagine that.
