Their pizza is good i am not going to lie. But the guy that answer the phone is the most rudest person, i was calling to place an order of 3 party sheet by the way with 3 hours ahead of time . And because i was asking to my husband if he wants anything else that person started to rush me in a 10 second or less of a wait. What kind of a customer service is that. So guess what. You guys lost a good order and a good customer.

I am from New York and I have never tried any type of pizza that taste so good. Always Nice and warm. I don’t know about others or what they say- but I would go again in a heartbeat. Compared to New York pizza this restaurant’s pizza’s crust is well done and crispy. I would recommend this woodland pizza located in Hartford CT! Thanks

Rude, rush you on the phone while ordering … Will hang up on you. Don’t come with correct change . Placed a order over the phone paid for something I didn’t receive and didn’t say anything until I called back. I don’t recommend this place.

Customer service is really bad. This guy in the phone took my order and hung up on me with out verifying my payment. Then I call again and ask if it went through then hung up on me . Then I called again and said hey I just called twice. He’s like yes. I said I called and ordered and told him my order and then he interrupted and said ok I told you I’ll call if I have a problem with card and I was like yes but he just said okay thank you and hung up. I was gonna cancel my order as I felt he was really rude dispute me calling three time to verify payment and the last call to cancel so I just canceled my card so I don’t get charged for the pizza as they are not good listeners. If you guys see this I’m sorry but you need to learn to listen because some of us do like to make sure everything is in order specially when it’s about our payments. Well good luck because I will not order from here ever unless they improve their interaction with their customers.
