Not impressed with their pizza. Waitress bragged about how incredibly large the slices are, and I was shocked to see how small they actually are. Their pizza sauce has a metallic taste, and the slices are mushy and average. Not worth the high prices for such mediocre food.

This was my first time ordering due to being at Cleveland Clinic hospital with my daughter. Started off that, They did not have a delivery driver till 6pm. So we waited. Then when I called back at 6 I was told it would be an hour. Okay, fine… then the driver called me from some random person because his phone died but when I answered someone else was talking to him and then hung up… could not get him back so I called the restaurant was told he came back there because he couldn’t get a hold of me. So the owner had to give him or whoever he was that answer the phone had to give him his phone. The driver calls me back. Meanwhile, my daughter is upstairs having a seizure and I had to leave her with my mom and the nurses, because then I had to wait for Toni to come back to the hospital with my 60+ dollars worth of food which consisted of six raviolis and some gnocchi +4 garlic rolls. The food was not worth $60 wasn’t even worth $40. The whole thing was just horrible and all I got from the guy at pizza heaven is Sorry be patient please with us.
