The ordering experience via phone was less than great but it arrived correctly upon delivery. The pizza was hot and tasted good. The garden salad was disappointing as there was very little lettuce under the groups of toppings as this was ordered for several people to share. The coupon for the 28 cut pizza is a great one!

Very fast and efficient delivery. We were told it would be about 45 minutes to an hour prior to our food being delivered, but we received our order in approximately 30 minutes. Delivery was friendly and efficient. Pizza crust and the amount of pepperoni on the pie were excellent. Prices are still very good, but they increase steeply for the specialty pizzas. They loses star in my book for not including marinara with the mozzarella sticks

Terrible customer service. I called to place an order for delivery, but the guy that answered nearly laughed at me and said that I did not order enough for delivery. I replied “okay, nevermind , thank you,” but was instead hung up on. I was saying Nevermind to delivery – not to ordering at all.

After hearing pretty good things about this place I decided to give it a try. I must say it was a disappointing experience. My pizza was under cooked and doughy. I had to put it in the oven and finish cooking it. My pepperoni roll on the other hand was burnt and tasted as such. I will say the Italian hoagie was pretty good. Overall not what I was hoping for given the good things I heard about Alexander’s. The workers were pleasant when placing and picking up my order. Maybe just a bad day. I do believe in second chances so I will try them again.

Pizza Buffett. Horrible. Place was flithy. Never refilled food. Had to wait and ask for pizza. Salad. Pasta. No plates. Used the same one over and over again. Served ourselves to drinks. And the best part our bill included a $10 tip for someone who did absolutely nothing. WILL NEVER GO BACK!
