Islands is a great place to eat. Lately, the quality has been going downhill. I wouldn’t post this if it had only been a time or two. This is how my tacos have been the last few times. Been leaving multiple ingredients off tacos, and of providing equivalent of a teaspoon of meat on tacos. See pictures,

Same great food, new location is pretty big. They added a full bar, a ton of tvs. Looks like a pretty cool hang out spot.

Always love the food here. I get the build your own burrito regularly. Their pork is so soft and is my favorite in town. The app is easy and super convenient to use. They even have a pick-up spot near the cashier for online orders. I do wish they gave you a few more chips like they used to. The new dining room looks awesome too, and I’m glad they kept their small salsa bar! It is pretty noisy inside because the dining room is packed with cool games like ski-ball, arcades, and an air hokey table. This is a great place if you have kids, and there are tons always running around.

The food is pretty good but the restaurant is extremely loud! They have an arcade and a playground for kids inside the restaurant, but it is incredibly deafening to try to enjoy a meal here.

You can not beat the tacos. Bang for buck, best option around. Great variety of meat choices and salsas, and who can pass up the Islands Sauce? Games and indoor play area for the kiddos as well.

Went by for lunch today. No issues with overcrowding or anything, since it’s a holiday. Bigger guy taking you initial order, excessively rude in my opinion. I usually go once a week if not every other week. He hasn’t been at this location long, at least not up front, but both of my recent visits, he’s just rude. It’s “whadda ya want” or “we ain’t got that” with look of disdain like I ruined his day by ordering lunch. Today, my son ordered fish tacos, and he was given a look like he had just asked the guy’s first born child. To which he responded “3 fish down”, then to my son “look, after next week, we don’t have fish no more”, in rude manner you don’t speak to a young adult in. Food is always great there and I love the place and will still eat there. This is just a review on the rude experience with this one employee.

I believe his name was Jason that brought the food to an event sponsored by BlueCoast Reality, that I was speaking at, and it was absolutely outstanding.

I hate leaving such a bad review because I absolutely LOVE islands. For some reason the Ogden location just can’t get it together. We have moved to a new place and unfortunately Ogden is the only one that will deliver to our apartment. I have ordered there a lot and not once has it been correct. There is always something missing, things you’ve paid extra for. I’ve reached out to the email on the website and was told it would be brought to their attention. I continued to order a couple times after that email hoping it would be fixed. This last time there was ranch on my tacos that I didn’t ask for and the salsa tasted so old. They also forgot the drink. I understand things happen, but for my order to never be correct is an issue.
