this is my first and last time ever ordering from this location. you give firehouse subs a bad name. i get the Italian sub every time the one I got today from this location made jimmy johns look bigger than your sandwich. And of course i cant get a manager or no one to answer. So with uber eats i paid $26.00 I have never felt so cheated in my life. Do better . And just in case you dont believe me i attached a pic.

Why offer to make subs the way u want them, just to get what they want to make them? For $53 for 3 subs and chips and they get an attitude because they were made wrong and luke warm. Inflation is bad enough without getting low quality food.

Friendly staff is the only reason for a second star. The bread our standard catering package came on had to have been at least a week old, easily the worst bread I’ve ever been served anywhere. Seems as though the pack had been made many days before, and they simply cut the very old sandwiches with the wrappers on before serving them “fresh.” I used to really enjoy the quality of this location but wouldn’t recommend it to anyone after today.

Its been over year since I last went to Firehouse. Stop going because they always messed up my order. Decided to give it another try today for lunch. Didn’t have much time. I Order my food to-go they, got the order went back to work and the order was wrong again. I called back to let them know and was told that once you take the food out the store there was nothing they could do. I hadnt taking a bite and offered to return the sub but with no resolve. Worst costomer service. This would be my last visit.

Came in with my family and my in-laws, placed our orders and paid. Food came out reasonable time initially but there was a mistake on one sandwich, it was suppose to be a bowl no bread. After 20 minute wait and watching multiple orders go out we asked about our food. The counter guy said it coming shortly. My wife explained what we saw. The guy behind the counter told my wife to ‘chill and other people had to get their food’. Never again eat here just because of that type of disrespect and service…

I’m not a fan of their food but I give them 4 stars for good and quick service. I will go back to check out the other subs I haven’t tried yet if nothing else is available or someone is ordering from there as a group. I tried the steak and cheese today. It was good but wish they had veggies cos it was pretty bland. Maybe I don’t know whether I’m supposed to order extras. My daughter loves the pizza one.
