Some of the worst service I’ve had at a McDonald’s. The workers were very slow and unorganized. Food was coming out ahead of others who ordered before other customers. When I finally received my food the chicken was very hard and rubbery. It was not worth going back to get a new one. No receipts were handed back with order numbers either which added to the confusion because everyone had to check if the order was correct. I would avoid this location if you can.

The staff is polite. The location closest to my home is the 84th St, Bryon Center. This is the least reliable McD store and has been for the 4 years I’ve lived here. Nearly EVERY order has a problem, usually onions on a burger when ordered no onion.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, but like many places these days, they were understaffed and overworked. The self order kiosk was out of printer paper. The drive thru was busy, as was the interior. There was a softball team as well as many other customers. Ultimately, it was fine, but everything took a while compared to my usual fast food experiences.

I live in Byron Center and usually drive to a different restaurant because this McDonald’s is the worst in the chain and has been for years. They consistently make errors with orders, wait times are unacceptable, the staff is not open and friendly. I decided to give them another try by ordering a large coke and simple cheeseburger without pickles. They just couldn’t get it right. I drove away and discovered they gave me a cheeseburger WITH pickles but no burger in the sandwich. How can you mess this up folks? Go anywhere but this McDonalds! Never again.

I’m not sure why I keep giving this location a chance. The fries are always cold. The dining area was filthy the last time we ate inside. Customers who eat in the restaurant can no longer get free refills on pop, which quite honestly might be the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard ever.

You will wait 20+ mins for someone to come take your order while all these friends behind the counter talk in the kitchen. I watched my order get filled and sit in the kitchen for 5+ mins while they talked amongst themselves. 3 customers came and left due to nobody being at the counter.
