HAIR IN THE PIZZA! The pizza was sloppy, SOGGY, undercooked, GREASY (look at the cardboard) and then we found a hair. I want my money back. I’m currently on hold to speak with a manager. I’ve been on hold for far too long. We wanted to have a relaxing Sunday in with pizza and a movie but this definitely ruined it. I knew this pizza was going to be bad because it didn’t LOOK like a papa johns pizza. It didn’t taste like one either!

Cameron is the nicest and helpful guy in the phone! He’s patient with my annoying questions or helping me place an order. Delivery for the most part has been great, I only had one issue in the past and the managers quickly fixed the mistake!!

While the driver does not follow instructions, he was very rude and they delivered the pizza to me in this state, it is truly in bad taste and they solve everything with a sorry nor did they offer to send another pizza, I worked at papa johns and I never saw anything like that.

Pizza was mediocre at best. Garlic dipping sauce was opened and spilled all over my pizza. The driver just was not overly professional, kind of got the feeling his job was more of a nuisance. I typically don’t order from these chain pizza establishments, I remember why now. Won’t be a return customer.

ordered a cheese pizza and dessert, only the dessert arrived. we told the driver and they said they would bring the pizza and the pizza never showed, when calling papa johns to ask about when my food was arriving we were left on golf for about 10 minutes. we hung up and the call was answered and immediately the person in the other line hung up. called again and they said they did not have a pizza coming. it was a frustrating experience.

Avoid this location if possible, for delivery. I’ve had multiple issues with this specific location. Awhile back they didn’t deliver the right pizzas. What did they do? Add a credit to my account, and go back and remake and re-deliver them. Tonight, I ordered 2 pizzas from them (online) and received a estimated time of 60-70 min. We ended up waiting 2 hours for our pizzas to come. I called twice to complain, and the second time they offered another credit. To boot – I had specifically asked them for spice packets that they include in the thin crust box – and they didn’t include any. I wonder how many credits they are giving out due to their poor service, and how long they can stay in business if that’s the case!
