This establishment always has good pizza in my experience, but I do order a full pizza and pick it up. Only pizza I do order is cheese and it’s reminiscent of the great sbarro mall hay-day of the early Y2k. My review seems to contradict others experiences, so maybe just order a full pizza fresh.

Ordered my son breadsticks because he won’t eat anything else. Get up to checkout. Workers didn’t tell me they only accept chip cards and snatched my 5 year olds apple juice and breadsticks out of his hand. “Manager” was being hostile and cocky having the nerve to ask “you don’t have another card? No cash?” The young man behind me offered to pay for my kids food but I declined and told them I refuse to pay for a meal from a staff that SNATCHES food out of a kids hand instead of pointing me in the direction of an ATM. I talked to the manager about how upset I was and she continued to yell and tell me I was wrong. Thanks for the notice of “chip cards only” never again will we come to another Sbarro. Not family friendly for frozen pizza I could heat up myself at home. Joke.

My pizza slices tasted like old grease, and the texture was mushy and gross. Little to no sauce on any of them. The supreme pizza slice was the worst. The vegetables on it were soggy and seemed like they were retaining a lot of liquid. Almost like they were canned. Very unpleasant, I couldn’t even eat it. 🙁

I stopped here for lunch on 1/20/20 at approximately 12:45 p.m with my family for lunch. My order was messed up two times. I dont think the lady behind the register spoke very good english or didn’t understand it. Half way through my meal I went back up to get a drink refill on my Mountain Dew. The lady told me that would cost me 50 cents. As with most other restaurants I didnt think Sbarro’s charged for refills so I was a bit shocked after spending almost 30 dollars on pizza and drinks for the three of us that I still had to pay for refills. I handed the lady a dollar. She never rang anything up on the register and I watched her put the dollar in her purse and handed me the change from her purse. Sounds like you need to keep a better eye on your employees.

My boyfriend and I decided to order Strombolis because although everything looked mediocre (if even), the Stromboli didn’t look half bad… well they were. Not only could I barely eat half of my greasy mess, my boyfriend couldn’t finish his either. To top off that nasty, greasy, undercook mess that we got, food poisoning followed for both of us. Not to mention the price was ridiculous and the owner kept trying to convince us we needed a combo even after telling him no thank you multiple times.. DO NOT EAT HERE! Save yourself the stomach pains and go to Great Steak or even Panda Express.

There was Grease all over the pizza box from putting it on top of the oven. I called the store to let them know about it and they said the grease was from extra sauce on the pizza. I can’t even make this up. And then they hung up on me.
