Did not like when papa John’s started using a call center to order a pizza. Talked to the manager in the Lenox,ma store and she told us how to order directly at the store. Been doing that for a while now. Order directly at the store 2 weeks ago. Decided to get papa John’s today and the guy told my husband they don’t take over the phone direct orders anymore and we’d have to use the call center which is not even in this country. He told the guy the guy the call center never gets the order right and we can’t understand them. Still refused to take our order. Unless this policy changes I will not be ordering from papa John’s ever again. Very unprofessional

ordered delivery and it was about 45 minutes after estimated delivery time, no biggie. Driver arrives and I ask to make sure the food is hot. Not only is it not hot but it’s the wrong order. Driver then calls her manager who then calls my phone after I request a refund and starts literally screaming at me saying I’m wasting his time and his ingredients and that “all you people around here think you’re entitled to hot food” is that not the point of delivery?

Papa John’s has always been my favorite pizza place, but I had not had one in over a year. Since I moved last year, I am not close to one of their locations. This one is a bit of a drive from my residence, but totally worth it! The staff were very nice, my order was ready on time, and the pizza was delicious!

The staff has excellent customer service skills. The food was amazing!! I had a chicken and bacon pizza with ranch on the side. I had jalapeño poppers and garlic knots as sides. All GREAT!!!! Will definitely swing through every time I’m close. Thank Fellas.

I used to like Papa John’s pizza. Lately, however things just aren’t right. The past few times I’ve ordered, this is the kind of pizza that shows up to my home. You want toppings? We’ll just put them wherever! Then we’ll just crush the other box so that cheese gets stuck to the top. Please don’t forget to tip your delivery person!

There’s been a change in the way the product is created. The dough which I had always found flavorful and tender now is very firm with much too much semolina and not very good for dipping. The toppings were light and poorly positioned. Had this been my first experience with Papa John’s I would say don’t go. But I am hoping that it’s just this particular location and not the franchise or chain in general that’s changed its product so drastically at least in my opinion.

Currently waiting on an order and the cashier is literally YELLING at me because I’m asking why I’m being charged $2 more than the menu price. She never is able to provide a suitable answer. There is no one to call and inquire about the discrepancy. Very poor customer service and they are stealing from the customer.

Looking for something different so tried Papa Johns for a change. Easy online order process through the app and no contact delivery. The order was placed and was done correctly in a timely manner. We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni (they have a fluffier crust with theirs ) , cheese bread, and the big chocolate chip cookie for dessert. It all arrived hot and fresh and was delicious. My only issue was they put a bit of an excessive amount of tomato sauce on the pizza for my liking but it was still really good and cheesy.
