TLDR; much smaller portions, called an @sshole for complaining. – I used to love Hot Head, food quality was okay, portions were good and a great selection of hot sauces. Today I went and my bowl was made with new smaller portions (when I say hardly any meat and cheese…). I complained. Still paid, we in fact paid extra for more cheese and veggies and it was still smaller than the bowls I’ve gotten all the years I’ve been going there. Sat down to eat, heard the staff talking about me from the back kitchen area. @sshole was said, other things as well, which are worse, but you get the idea.

My husband and I eat hear a lot and usually have really great luck with the fish tacos but today we bought four and two of them had fish that was so dried out and hard that they were inedible. I’m pretty disappointed since we usually love them but this time the fish seemed like it had been over cooked and left out for way too long.
