I heard bad things but now I experienced them. Asked for a vegetarian Mexican pizza and that’s exactly what it said on the receipt but half of it had meat on it. The staff inside must have known this because as soon as I went back they started talking to each other. Unexpatable food and behavior from the staff. The cashier was nice and refunded the money but this is absurd. No more taco bell ever.

Cheesy gordita crunch was missing ranch. Crunch wrap supreme was missing beef, but had beans even though beans are an add on? I had to remind the staff that my order had drinks.

For a taco bell at the mall I was quite surprised. The older lady taking my order was very pleasant & charming plus you would think the value menu would be more $$ but it was the same price as any other taco bell.. the order came out fast as well.. I was thoroughly impressed how well this location worked together on a busy day.. 5 stars all day and that’s rare for me

Older lady at the register, gave me a lot of attitude to just order my food then when I handed her money for the order. she said “if you give me extra money I’m going to pocket the rest” the food ended up coming out cold and not good in my opinion. I had a terrible experience there. I work downstairs in the same mall and she threatened to give me a bad review when a transaction never even occurred in my store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The cashier Rachel was horrible. I waited in line for 45 mins for a cheese roll up and 2 small sodas while she decided to have a family reunion with a lot of customers waiting to even order. I watched 4 people walk away while I was in line. She kept forgetting items and kept talking to her friends and family.

Arrived at 6:45 pm. Mall hours listed till 7 pm. Was told I could only get soda. I complained about them having food available for the full time they’re open. With attitude I was told I should get there before 7pm. I showed them the time on my phone and watch showing it was only 6:45. Terrible attitudes. Starbucks was kind enough to accommodate me.
