Yesterday, I came here for the first time to give it a shot. I’ve gotten a #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak. My meal was absolutely delicious as heck. Overall, service and employees were awesome and wonderful. This is closer to where I live and it’s convenient. Highly recommend stopping at this place to grab your food if you are ever hungry. I’ll have to come back later in the future!

Amazing food. Best sub sandwiches out there (I love the original). I used to eat JM’s all the time in Tennessee, so I was so happy to see them come to Salem. Keep in mind this location is brand new, so service is a bit slow since everyone is still basically in training, but give them a month or so and they’ll be banging! Definitely worth a stop.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone was so friendly and they were working their butts off. I would like to directly thank Johnny who gave me outstanding customer service. I ordered within the app, and i had never been to this location, obviously because it’s new, and my maps took me to the wrong side. It said the building was located within the Willamette town center mall so when I parked, the mall said permanently closed, and I was confused. I tried calling but they were busy so due to the time lost for my lunch break, I just went to McDonald’s. I was finally able to get a hold of them when I returned to work. I wanted to be sure to notify them that I would be unable to pick up my sandwich. Johnny said this has been a common thing and he informed me they would remake my sandwich next time I wanted to come in (since I already paid) and he also gave me a coupon. He was very understanding. Long story short, this is located in front of McGraths. It is not in the mall nor next to Home Goods/Ulta/etc like the maps shows.

I have ordered from Jersey Mikes many times it’s on of our favorite sandwich places and so we were thrilled to have one super close by. I ordered online and it was ready when I got there early. It was correct, the staff was friendly and parking was easy to find. I do like a lay out of this store better then the others in town and I am super excited for this new store!

I do have to say the gal at the center Street store told me,”ya know it would make my job a lot easier if you just ordered it Mike’s way ” . I said okay I will have it Mike’s way but I want everything else on there also .. so I guess that’s how I have to order it whenever I go…. Mike’s way with everything else on it.

New Lancaster location – Friendly and clean. However, the Manager Ryan was rude to his employees. Barking orders, snappy and not real friendly to customers. Quite a jerk actually! I don’t see his employees sticking around long. Ryan will make or break this location…I’m thinking breaking it.

Store/Chain shut off Doordash ordering prior to the announced promotional window. My guess would be to avoid having to do more work than normal, based on the complaints from workers on the East coast who were sad they had to make so many sandwiches at a job that requires them to make sandwiches.
