Since I live in Topsham, I make it a point to try the local restaurants in our area. I can not recommend this bbq restaurant to anyone. The brisket had the consistency of London broil. The ribs had no pull whatsoever to them and the flavor just wasn’t good. Even my kids, that love bbq, said “please don’t go there again.” Since I am leaving a honest/bad review, I feel that I should give some advice. I would recommend that your cook go try the bbq at Beale Street, Bucks Naked, and Salvage BBQ. Then ask yourself, how to we compare to our competition and what do we do better then them. Good luck with your business.
