First time back here in a while. This Taco Bell was a convenient location for me. Not worth it though. It was not at all busy but they still managed to forget two items that I ordered. The items I did get were decent Taco Bell items. Loaded up nicely. Can’t get over missing out on 6 dollars worth of food though.

Worse taco bell I’ve ever been to. Don’t know why I keep screwing myself by going. Never get my orders right and always rude as can be. Constantly forgetting items and anytime I order through doordash they give away my order to another. And I end up with something completely different. Constantly getting screwed. And I promise this will be the last time. Good luck to everyone else that goes here.

Order via mobile app. Was told it was ready and left 10 minutes after to go pickup. It was not ready, and when I did get it it had missing items. Didn’t include items asked for on the side, completely missed an entire burrito. Waited for 15 minutes in their lobby just to be helped. Garbage service and garbage cold tacos.

I made a on line order and it took 50 minutes to get my order. I spent 20 minutes in line at the drive thru and another 30 minutes out front waiting for them to bring out my order. When. I went in and asked about my order I was handed a bag of cold food. When I asked about the cold food I was told “We don’t roll like that” and the person walked out the front door. I could not get another person to talk to me and was told sorry about you luck.

Ordered in dining room on kiosk. They cleared Drive thru, Uber eats, and other dine in and kiosk orders before the 4 items we ordered. Waited 18 minutes and went up and asked how much longer and they argued who was making it and finally was made and handed to us 23 minutes past order time. Too many teens and not enough supervision.

I’ve been to a lot of bad taco bells but this one takes the cake. Every part of my order was wrong. Called because the dine-in was closed and was hung up on 3 times. Once we finally got through to a manager and had it remade, everything was still wrong. I mean, the only thing that makes a quesarito what it is is the cheese between the Tortillas. Neither the original nor the remake had that cheese.
