Alexis was amazing, her smile attitude and suggestions were outstanding! LOVED THIS PLACE! The Margarita pizza and chicken ceaser sandwich were the best!!! I forgot the name of the drink but it was a cranberry vodka ginger drink I wanted 20!! You can sit with the window open and listen to the creek. I loved this location tucked away, kind of hard to find but worth it!

Food was fantastic, I also really love that you could get a slice of pizza and a salad for lunch. Being creekside I would imagine it’s nice during the summer. The street side entrance was a bit confusing, but if u see the pic I added that’s what u can look for at the street, go down the stairs and it’s to the right. Service was disappointing, they were really nice but no one greeted me when I walked in, I stood around and waited but had to find a menu and seat myself. I was really hungry so I knew what I wanted right away, but it took like 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I sat down.

I would give worse if I could. Sat for 25 minutes. At the bar. Another couple people came in and they didn’t get served either. They said this happens a lot. Not sure what it was but they just ignored me. I had already put in an order for some pasta before I got there and planned to have a few beers but they didn’t want my business. Even heard one of the staff say it was slow. Whoever owns or runs this place should know. This was just amazing.

We are new to Ashland and decided to check out Creekside last night and we had a wonderful time. Amanda was amazing!!! Great service-kind, attentive and genuine. We built our own pizza, basically a supreme without mushrooms, and it was DELICIOUS. We sat near the open window and could hear the creek roaring. Thanks for a great night. We’ll be back soon!

Customer service is friendly. I believe Jessica was the name of the girl who helped us. Very nice, funny. and outgoing. However, the food is just—okay. Nothing great about it. We got the loco pollo pizza with black olives, fettuccine Alfredo with meatballs, hot garlic chicken wings with blue cheese dressing, and yammers. Like i said, nothing special about the food. Just okay.

Great locals only pizza and beer joint. I love this place because it’s obviously not for the fancy, rich, stuck-up blue-haired Shakespeare tourists. The pizza is really good and they usually have a few good beers on tap (if you like IPAs). Their chicken wings are good and they make a killer house margarita. Great spot to have affordable food and beer and escape the tourists.

We have been looking for a GREAT pizza place. We’ve tried all of the others in Ashland, EXCEPT Creekside. Until tonight. It was what we’ve been looking for: a crisp crust, first of all, then nice flavors. And the atmosphere is super! All the glass blown lights and other mixed-media art. Fun and relaxed.
