This is the most dysfunctional fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to it was about the slowest place I’ve ever been to and it’s pretty sad considering there was like 5 other people in it and the food is premade. The customer service was TERRIBLE. There was a BLUE HAIRED LADY WITH BIG EARRINGS she was threatening to quit and was completely rude and was complaining about working basically if you get her god bless you

There were no customers when I arrived, but right from order taking they were unprofessional. The cashier kept laughing during my order. When I arrived home they didn’t give me my 12 pc nuggets but charged me for it. Tried calling the location to request a refund, but no one answers the phone. So disappointed. Maje sure you check your order before leaving leaving if you hold the line. The visit occurred on 8/31 at 3:03 pm host number 60134

I’m not a fried chicken person but I was with a self-proclaimed expert who just HAD to go here. He loved it. I found it to be on the greasy side of things and yet moderately dry somehow. I’d much prefer Cane’s. The tea was great, not overly sweet. The Mac and Cheese was, well, skip it. The girl at the register was SUPERB. Like seriously, I think she should be promoted to manager. Soft spoken but very professional and extremely polite. They clearly know how to put the “fast” in fast food here as well.

I went to go eat at Popeyes because it’s a new restaurant to the Haymarket area and I was impressed. The dining room was clean, every table was ready to go. It was nice to not need to clean the table before I sat down. The management team was attentive and friendly. The chicken was good. I really liked being able to get some fried chicken in Haymarket for a change! Keep up the great work guys. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.
