Excellent food, great service! Let’s just say if I was the character ‘Red’ from the Shawshank Redemption and didn’t know what year it was when I was being released, brought here blindfolded & once inside, removed it, Id say the year was 1967. For newcomers to the area, looking at the place from the outside, you’d probably keep on driving it by. But don’t let that fool you! This place thrives because of word of mouth. Well worth it but bring your appetite! (We opted for the largest group option combo dinner, steak, chicken, lobster, for 6)

Decent hibachi place for the Boise area. The fried rice was delicious and meats were cooked nicely. Lots of grilled chunky cut vegetables. Service was not the best which is why I only gave 3 stars. No drink refills and they rushed our party to order, eat and leave. Nothing wrong with the food just lacking in customer service.

Not sure how they are still in business?? Very odd place! I had a gift certificate is really the only reason I went and they had a heck of time trying to figure out how to apply it to our bill. Lady comes to take our order and dude comes right behind her starts vacuuming with a loud vacuum!

The food here was really good. It was fun to watch the chef cook. My only slight complaint would be the cook we had seemed like he wasn’t as into showmanship as much as the rest of the chefs. Overall, I still had fun watching the chef cook and my spouse and I enjoyed our time here.

This place is long past its prime. My wife tripped on the very sunken concrete while walking in which got our experience off to a great start they don’t even have noodles on their menu?! Our chef was great and cooked everything just how we ordered! The building and area is ghetto. Inside is not clean… they have a jenky wobbly table on the far side of the grill. Beware if you get sat there. Food was fine, but your paying the price of a nice hibachi place, but this place isn’t that.

They really need to do some clean-up and repair inside the restaurant. We walked in, and the smell was bad, and parts of the ceiling were missing. The building is old, but if they would do some work, it would help.

Not the newest or flashiest tepan restaurant in the valley, but the food is excellent the service is attentive, the prices are reasonable, portions are great, and the chefs put on a great show. I would head back here anytime….very much recommended.
