Ordered the Beef Brisket Dinner, and the to go service was quick. The staff behind the counter were working efficiently to get orders out. The portions are generous. The beef brisket was freshly cooked and of great quality along with the beans and potato salad. Nothing lacked in flavor. Will definitely return.

I have been to Georgio’s twice now and OMG. I have tried their pulled pork, brisket, chicken, Oklahoma link, ribs, collard greens, and baked beans. Between the pork, brisket, chicken, and ribs, I am honestly not sure which is my favorite. The chicken is so juicy and tender, I forgot they gave me BBQ sauce because the flavor was so good. I’m from the south so I love their collard greens. They are clean and the texture/seasoning is just right. In addition to great smoked meats and sides, they do a great job of boxing everything up so that it isn’t soggy by the time you get home. AND they give you plenty of BBQ sauce! If I had to name one dislike, I have not tried the Kansas hotlinks yet but the Oklahoma hotlinks have a flavor (it reminds of it fennel or oregano) inside of them that my taste buds just don’t care for. But! It was still a good quality hotlink in terms of texture and it wasn’t full of grease.

I dang near cried when this place wasn’t open at it’s old location last year. Thought Wichita had lost another gem. Thankfully they were just setting up a new spot on 21st. The brisket, ribs and sides are the best in town and everything else is easily top 3 in Wichita. The family and staff seem authentically happy to see you and if you don’t know what to order, just ask another customer, they’re happy to tell you their favorite.

I always get the Grilled Chicken and it is by far the best I’ve ever had!!! They also have the best brisket in town! Sunday’s includes home cooked menu in addition to their regular menu and the best homemade desserts!
