As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Food was good and hot. I was just glad I had some sauce packets at home as they gave me none for my 8pc chicken tender meal. They asked what sauce I wanted when ordering but didn’t put any in the bag. But the food was good and hot/fresh.

Hard to understand the drive thru employee while taking my order and was treated very poorly when I asked for them to repeat what they had said. After getting my food I didn’t receive an entire meal and wrong drinks. When asking for the correct food I was talked to as if I was irritating them for asking. When I got home my food it was thrown together to make it very unappetizing. It absolutely went right in the trash. The male that was working was extremely unprofessional and I will not be going back. What a shame to treat people with such unkindness.

First time here. I notice they use sweeter buns or buttered buns. Kinda like Hawaiian buns or it is? They’re not bad. I felt like my burger had too much sauce together that made my burger messy to eat. But still good either way. I thought the burgers were small, yet they it still fills you up. Give it a try!

Food was way below par. If I could I’d give them zero stars. Received old burgers and forgot toppings, chix bites cold and hard, didn’t receive stuff I ordered. Management was unprofessional and wouldn’t replace my order, even if I brought it all back. Never will waste money there again!

I hadn’t been to a Rally’s before this and over 20 years. The fries were as delicious as I remember, and the double cheeseburger I got was picture-perfect out of the bag, and The taste was just as beautiful. The drive-through service was quick, friendly, an easy-to-understand. The food came fast, fresh, and very well packaged. The only way I could have had a better experience here as if they’d given me my meal for free LOL. Thank you Rally’s for living up to my childhood memories.
