I ordered my pizzas for delivery. They made my pizzas wrong and didn’t add the toppings I paid extra for. I called the store. They would bot refund me or remake the pizza. They said they will give me a couple dollars off next time. I said I don’t want that. I want my pizza remade or the extra I paid refunded to my card. The person on the phone then quickly said no we will give you a coupon next time and hung up on me. I will not be ordering from this location again.

We got there late and there was nobody there to greet us. After yelling to the back asking if they were still open they said yes they are here ready for us. So we ordered our food and went and sat down. Then they told us they were closed for dining. And they also did not give me back all my change. I paid with $100 bill and the ticket was only $63. Gave me back $23 and I didn’t catch it till we got home back in Sacramento and I have no receipt. Food was good but definitely needs to up their game on customer service and honesty.

Everything under cooked waiting 40+ min for food for them to tell us they forgot our order completely! Got the boneless wings and it was just chicken nuggets with sweet and sour on bottom of the tray not even tossed in the chicken! Terrible don’t spend your money here:

Ordered a sandwich and wings. Delivery time was supposed to be 40 mins. It took 80. Food was barely warm. No blue cheese dressing. Just added a ranch as the difference rather than calling to advise.

We’ve ordered twice now trying to give them the benefit of doubt the 2nd time. We won’t do that again. The only plus this time is our pizza was actually cooked and not partially raw. They haven’t included ordered sauces either time for mozz sticks or breaksticks. Breadsticks were overcooked both times. The service has been ok but the food and quality control are really lacking. I would recommend ordering from somewhere else.
