If you are going to order from DP Dough, I would say order in person or for pick up. I ordered 5 calzones, one cinnastix and two sodas for delivery. Like many of the other reviews, i waited two hours and no food came. I called the store over 30 times with no answer. I drove to the store after 2 hours and they weren’t that busy so there was no excuse. I was given a sad apology and a shrug. I was told the phones were “acting funny”. My food was sitting in a warmer, along with dozens of other calzones that people were probably waiting on. The boxes were smashed in, calzones were soggy, and incorrectly made. I was told there was no management in the building and to call tomorrow, even though I called 30 times with NO answer. If they couldn’t deliver the food, they should have common sense to call me and let me know. Poor customer service and terrible food. Definitely will not be returning to this location ever.

I LOVE the night crew! They never fail to impress! We actually went into the shop for the first time a few nights ago and it was so nice to actually see people smiling for the first time in over a year. Might have to go back and “shoot the chef” 😉

I actually enjoy the food, when it comes. Your best bet is to order at 8pm or so, and maybe it will show up before they close at 4am. If you order at 2, a healthy margin before their listed closing, it may very well not show up at all.

Unbelievably unprofessional. Will never order from here again. I ordered (and was charged for) two calzones and 2 cinnamon sticks, but only received one of each. When the delivery driver returned for the rest of my order, she was screamed at and run out of the store by someone claiming to be the owner. When I tried to call them directly to figure this out, they instantly hung up on me multiple times. Seriously, shut this place down.

I haven’t been here in a minute. The menu leaves a lot to be desired, but the college kids seem to love it. Takes about 10-20 minutes to get a calzone (and on drunk weekends about 45 because the store is loaded) but they’re pretty decent. Drain the grease before you eat it.

Edit. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE. They messed up my order and upon reading other reviews it seems like online orders are always getting messed up. Save yourself the frustration. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here.

We arrived here at 6:00pm on Sunday night. The woman working the cash register had a few complications with the ordering process however my friends and I were patient and let it go. 10 minutes into waiting, 2 men had to ask for a refund for their online order because they had been waiting for what appeared to be a frustrating amount of time. We waited patiently for 20 more minutes when the woman who also checked us out came out and asked us if we only had one calzone and cheese sticks. This was confusing an frustrating considering she was there when all three of us checked out. We are still waiting here hoping to receive food. she also forgot what we ordered and the phone is non stop ringing. She also appears to be the only person working here?

I used to love this place, but lately it’s been going way downhill. I have no idea if they changed owners or what, but the calzones are always either cold or soggy and it takes upwards of an hour and a half to get anything delivered. Today, I found out that they no longer deliver through their own means, but instead hire out through HungryBuffs, and the cost after delivery was a solid $8 higher than it quoted on their website at first. Overall, I am incredibly unhappy with this company, which is a shame, because they used to be one of my favorites.
