Pizza was good but the wings were dry. I was expecting the wings to have a little more sauce on them. I’ve ordered the wings and pizza twice and both times the wings were dry. Probably will only order the pizza going forward.

Didn’t eat in its jets…but the pizza was terrific and the gentleman who helped me was friendly and had huge smiles! Built my own thin crust and it was baked to perfection. Was the hit of the birthday party.

I decided to come here for lunch and placed a call in order; best decision of my life! We got the 4 corner deep dish and it was quite literally the best pizza i’ve ever had!!! It was hot, fresh, flavorful, and the crust was perfect! (make sure to get the crust turbo style which is butter, garlic and Romano!) The customer service was also very good; they were very friendly, helpful and kind. Highly HIGHLY recommend Jets Pizza!! (I’d post a picture but we devoured it before we even thought about taking one!)

HORRIBLE management and customer service. We order from this location all the time. Tonight I sent my husband to pick up an order while he was out running errands. I ordered a pizza and some MILD wings. The wings I received were HOT…. Like seriously hot! I called and the man who answered the phone seemed almost friendly but extremely unhelpful. He basically brushed off my concern after trying to tell me that they were indeed mild as if I had any reason to lie….and said he’ll tell the manager (as in for future reference.) I asked to speak to the manager and the guy put me on hold then came back and said that the manager would be willing to remake the wings if I wanted to drive all the way back and waste gas and time to bring the HOT wings back. I thought it be easier to save my gas, toss the wings, and share about the horrible customer service!
