I absolutely love coming here! The staff is super accommodating and the fact that the majority of the employees are young always makes for a good time while waiting for your food. There have been a few instances where the juicer has been down but the staff immediately apologizes for it and offers alternatives. They have yet to to fail me with their suggestions. I also love the music they’re playing it’s always a mixture and really highlight the culture union city has to offer with its diverse staff I wish they would increase the volume because sometimes you can barely hear it when you first walk in. The spot is always clean and tidy and there is hardly ever a long wait due to the attentiveness of the staff. Yaeli is one of my favorite employees who knows I’m a regular.

This place is always clean and the service is great! Nowhere else makes such incredible playa bowls, and certainly not this fast! Love them. Only recommendation would be to have drinks that don’t have stevia. Unless it’s water, their drinks all have artificial sweeteners, even the tea.

I regularly order (via Uber Eats) and get basically the same order. This time I’m honestly disappointed in what I received. Basically bought a fruit topped flavored shaved iced than a well blended smoothie bowl. The ice chunks in the base made it unpleasant. The quality control is definitely inconsistent since the last time I ordered I see. Also I was kind of sad to see that juices are removed too.

Very nice and helpful staff. I never have an issue with them! They always get my order right and they’re honestly angels and go above and beyond for their customers! I always get the classic Nutella açaí bowl and they ALWAYS make the order right. Can’t wait to go again!!

It’s so refreshing to sit and eat a frozen/ fresh treat from playa bowls. The bowls here are BIG and the menu has endless add-on options to pack your bowl w protein and nutrients. The Nutella bowl is my recommendation if you don’t know where to start and want something that you’re guaranteed to LOVE.

Used to be great at the beginning but the last 4 months have been downhill. Every time I would order my dragon pitaya bowl it was either watered down or just way too much honey. Sometimes they would even get the order wrong. Not sure if the staff became lazy but I had to stop coming here in hopes it gets fixed.
