They left out half the chicken of our drive thru order & though the person was helpful & friendly when I came later to pick it up, it’s clearly a pattern – they had a while list to check of people who are apparently coming back to pick up stuff that was missed – the guy ahead of me in line was waiting for fries left out of his order – he was dining in & said that he waited 25 min for his food to come out.

Food was decent service was slow, although they were busy on this day. The staff seemed incompetent at times and while the line in the lobby backed all the way around to the table I was sitting at the lady who was taking orders was trying to get a bag of food together rather than taking anyones orders. I also came up to get a pack of grape jelly (she handed me strawberry jelly) while standing there a man had a to go order, not sure if it was his personally or if he was UberEATS or something, he told the same lady working the register that he could see his order right there she told him that was not his order it was something else, the man actually waited until another employee walked by and told him to grab that order, she said sir I already told you that’s not your order than man went ahead and checked, it turned out it was his order and she was wrong.

The young lady who served our food was rude because we asked for fresh bo rounds. The bo rounds were very greasy and soggy. She was loud and told us we could call corporate she didn’t care. Another customer had to tell her to stop being rude and not talk back to customers.

Drive-thru gave me the wrong food and took it back through the window and fumble through the other bags that were going to another customer and swapped out with me! When I inquired about it they looked at me as if I was crazy! Do better people!

Slower than molasses in Alaska in January…22 mins from entering lot until leaving…16 minutes at drive thru window waiting on my food…all 6 employees I could see moving at ‘snail pace’, cashier just leaning on the counter doing nothing…6 cars in line behind me when I finally got my food. $32 and tons of attitude.

Only had the drive thru open despite it being 8pm and they close at 10pm so the wait at drive thru was ridiculous. Also the bo sauce is discontinued and replaced with disgusting Buffalo sauce

Ordered a Cajun chicken breakfast sandwich (#1) and the biscuit was hard, the chicken was old and dry, and was given French fries instead of hash browns. And get this, they didn’t even tell me they were out of hash browns, just gave me the fries. Go figure
