Hi, I don’t usually do this but given the situation I have to. I decided to grab some food from McDonald’s located on Canal Street. Placing my order through the drive through was already a struggle given the language barrier. But, that is not the problem here as I was able to place. After placing my order I was at the window waiting for my food for a while. My order was incomplete, I was missing items and the sandwiches were a total mess. After coming back around to let them know we received a nasty attitude from both the girl at the window and someone else name Brenda who I believe is the manager for the shift. They said that if I didn’t like the Sandwich it’s not their problem and that if I wanted my sandwich I would have to wait to be last because there were people behind me. Brenda if you are having a bad day or if you are mad because you’re too busy maybe FAST food is not the place for you to work at or maybe you should not go in that day. Customer service is very important at any job/organization. You need to check your attitude at the door and be very careful as you don’t know who you might come across with.

It’s ridiculous how they are not able to just put everything I ordered in the bag, every time I place an order something is always missing and so I have to waste my time and my gas going back to get what was missing, not to mention that when I finally get to home my sandwiches are cold for the simple fact that they NEVER CAN DO THEIR JOB RIGHT. I’ve been here twice.. two times to many.. the only good thing about this McDonald’s is the ice cream machine works.. It’s ALWAYS filthy. Tables are never clean , there’s always trash on the floor. The food is always dry. Fries are soggy and cold.. the girls behind the counter always sound like their having a party. There’s never anyone up front .. horrible place

Don’t EVER EVER go here. I ordered a Big Mac at the drive through and paid for a big mac. Two Spanish girls were there charged me for the Big Mac and didn’t give me the sandwich. When I told here to give me the money back they told me to move the car or they will call the police. They didn’t give me the money back and flipped me off as I left. PLEASE DONT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!
