Clean restaurant and restrooms . Great to see that many employees at the kitchen . Came in a very busy time and all of them worked hard. Need to suggest some training for the employee that mops the floor between orders . Obviously determined to keep a clean restaurant and place orders from walk in customers . Probably there is a need for an extra employee as in many other fast food places.

Stopped in just before close while we were travelling. Customer service was great, friendly and fast. The food was fresh and hot and that was fantastic. So often you get poor customer service and bad attitudes when stopping by a place right before close, but not here! It was great. Thanks!

That was the last chance. Took our cards we got from the last bad experience with Arby’s. They were for meal with small fries & drinks. We had 2. I asked to them upgraded to large drink & fries and we would pay the difference. We were told that was not possible. After the manager was very adamant that there was no way they could do that, I told her to forget it and we would just pay for it and not use the free meal cards. I’m done. Ended up paying not only for the meals but when we ordered the large shake it wasn’t substituted for the drinks it was added as an additional drink. Socorro Arby’s sucks. We may have had our meal tossed at us in Silver City but at least I wasn’t paying $58.

Went through the drive-through and ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap and. Diablo Beef. I am loving the Diablo Beef. Very spicy and delicious. I would only have enjoyed it more had there been napkins in the bag.
