Staff is always friendly and the establishment is always clean. However, I ordered the Jack Daniels burger and it was so covered in their special sauce that I couldn’t even pick it up. Burgers are meant to be held; not eaten with a fork and knife so that’s why I can’t give a 4 star review.

Ate out at the Luck-E with friends last night. The meal was awesome! The special was surf and turf but we only wanted shrimp so they were kind enough to add a few shrimp in place of the steak.

Food was ok. Seems like a teenager hangout. Definitely not somewhere you’d want to take youngsters or a date on a Friday, Saturday night. Most tables in the seating area had food issues. Two dinner bills. Gave a twenty and a card. Both bills were charged to the card and brought change from the twenty. Interesting, was way to much going on in there to try and fix it.

In June 2019 they had great food and service. We’ve visited several times since (most recently January 2020) and the service has been very poor. The cook was drinking at the bar while multiple tables waited for food. Our food arrived overcooked and cold. The bartender was playing pool. We were asked two times if we wanted a box for our food but were never asked if we wanted refills on our empty drinks. It’s too bad, as it used to be one of our favorite places to eat.

The server was so nice and polite, but the cook messed up our food, took forever, and just sucked. The food was mediocre at best. Cook gets 0 stars. All three stars go to the server for making our meal better despite the cooks mistakes. She was very patient and helpful. The server deserves a medal.

The last few times I’ve been here the service has been horrible and the food was mediocre at best. Took 15 minutes before the waitress even came to take our drinks orders and give us menus. Got a cold appetizer and my pasta had more water in it then sauce. It is sad to see this. I have them a five star review not that long ago and had many very good meals before. Won’t be back unless I hear that things have changed.
