Got some lunch to go for doing errands today. Got the steak sub. Ordered on line and picked up the food at the drive thru window. The food was ready on time and the staff was friendly when working the window. Didn’t go inside but the back area of the drive up looked clean. The steak hoagie style sub was hot. It had good cheese and onion flavor. The bun was fresh and warm. Good flavor on the pattie and gravy. Pretty good flavor overall.

Got a pizza tonight the banana peppers literally tasted moldy and not good the wings were not cooked enough and rubbery. Last month we ate there the service was flat out horrible we waited an hour after the time given originally and the wings were no good then either. We won’t be going back to this location….

This place has fallen off a cliff. Used to be my favorite pizza place when I came back to Ohio. Service is very poor now. Multiple people waiting 30+ minutes beyond the promised times. I was asked for the name on my order 3 times within 5 minutes by the same employee. Took so long that people were just requesting refunds and going other places.

Was told my sub was remade after they put it under the heat lamps even though it was a cold sub. Looks like someone just threw it in the box also missing over half of the toppings. The other sub we ordered was a hot one but was cooked after the lettuce and mayonnaise were put on. This is the 2nd order that has been messed up. (Called and got my money refunded but was not able to speak with the manager. For an $80 total order I expected better service.)

Ordered pizza and a entree green goddess salad. Pizza was good as expected but the salad was very disappointing for the total size and amount of chicken included. And only included one dressing packet which is the main reason I purchased the salad. If this is the entree I would hate to see the side salad size.

I like it, thin crust, calzone not so much Little too much garlic. Would have gave five stars but I find it odd that there’s no prices on the menu. No prices on the wall. I guess if you walk in and you only have 20 bucks and you order a $25 pie you’re pretty well screwed, but other than that great pizza. It’s made pretty quick, and delivery is pretty good too. Really other than the no price tag on the menu I’ve got no issues with it. Good pizza, looks pretty clean too.
