Waited 70 minutes when projected 45 which is fine, it happens. But all for bad pizza with next to no sauce. Very clear they have no passion for their craft and look to pinch pennies when they can. Will not order from here again.

Usually my husband and I really enjoy ordering from The Treat. The menu is ok,. It it’s a nice easy dinner or last minute lunch. However, when we ordered food today around 3:00 with a 3:30 estates delivery time, we didn’t get our food until 4:45. I called twice, once at the 50 minute mark and once at the hour mark. The first call I was told the driver had just left and would be there in 5 minutes. The second time I called was because the delivery was marked as “delivered” but there was no food at my doorstep. That time I was told the driver was 2 minutes away (it was still another 10 minutes before I got my food). When we did eventually get our food the bag was ripped, the bread was burnt, and the food was leaking all over the place. When I called there was no apology, no cmunicatiom about the late delivery, and no offer of a discount or refund. We will not be ordering from the Treat again. Pictured below.

I have been ordering from here for years. The service gets worse every time I order. Tonight was the final straw. I order food which said it would be here by 740. At 8 I call and they say another 25 minutes before it’s done. Now I have kids going to bed without dinner. The delivery times have gotten worse. The food is ok at best. This is my last time ordering from them.

So I went to this place to get food because I read the reviews and thought hey this place look good but I was wrong I ordered close to 50 dollars for food literally just the nugget meal was okay my burgers was raw and was told it’s medium rare I was a chef for 7+ yrs and it wasn’t medium rare but raw smh check your food first!!! Because they don’t do refunds or take fault the manger said basically said their employee didn’t offer the option of well done it was miscommunication on my end I just encourage nobody to eat here

This place is absolutely DISGUSTING it was our first time ordering, got food worth $35 when it wasn’t even worth a penny. Food tasted horrible got chicken vindaloo and shrimp beryani found hair in both of the dishes had hair in them HAIR. We waited almost an hour for the food just to find hair in them. Never ordering from them!! Waist of time and our hard working money they should be ashamed of themselves for the service!
