This DD is incapable of getting your drive thru orders correct. Consistently getting orders wrong! Sunday incorrect order, no bacon on an order of two egg,bacon, cheese wraps. NO bacon! Returned them Sunday night after returning from work in another county. Received a credit, today another wrong order. When I get to window questioned coffee. Original order was a hazelnut cold coffee with whip cream and CREAMER. Attendant states I DON’T BELIEVE YOU ORDERED IT WITH CREAMER!! EXCUSE YOU!!! This is unacceptable reply to any customer! I let you know how rude you were. Now I’ll let corporate know. Part of any successful business is treating customers with respect! Your attitude is unacceptable, shame on you! This is part of any of your job, to engage without being rude! Period!

Where I came from there were DDs almost on every corner. We could go into any one at any time and get the best of the best coffee, donuts, sandwiches, etc. You will NOT get that here. I believe every one of the bad reviews on this location. I do NOT believe ANY of the good reviews. The management has no business sense, the staff that I have dealt with could use more training, and quite frankly the food sucks. It’s laughable to see pictures of boxed donuts. They are so small there’s room for way more than 12. That is not right! DDs donuts, when made correctly, will take up the entire box. The bagels? I fully believe they buy the small frozen ones in Food Lion and try to pass it off as DD. I am unsure of why this place stays open. There is no joy or happiness. Note this review will likely spur on 10 more “great reviews” by friends or owner herself. I was in Raleigh yesterday, and we stopped at DD. It was like coming home again. A REAL DD just like home!

The coffee’s always good but then again how can you mess up coffee when it’s Dunkin’ donuts beans. However, I ordered the bacon avocado sandwich and it was horrible. The avocado tasted like it was old and had a hint of chemical to it. Never really been too crazy about Dunkin’ donuts breakfast sandwiches but this one led me to feel a need to write a review. Also the customer service is not special. The lady at the window was not very friendly.

This Dunkin has some of the kindest, most polite and thoughtful people working there that I have ever encountered. They always go out of their way to be as friendly as possible, even when they are busy with long lines of people. Mama Tish in particular is an absolutely exceptional human being and it’s people like her that will always make me prefer to stop by Dunkin over anywhere else

Drinks are good and have been correct 99% of the time I go. However, they ALWAYS mess up my food order here or slack off. Example, NEVER give me the correct munchkins (they throw whatever they want in there) and have even shortened me! The snackin bacon they really slack off and give you like a slice and a half! Doesn’t even fill that tiny bag up half way! Will not be ordering food from them anymore! So messed up, paying customer here. Not okay to not give me correct order. If you don’t have it, tell me!
