This is actually the worst resturant in levittown. Everytime I decided to try it again they never put seasoning on the wings. They splash then in butter but then just don’t use seasonings at all. I have to bring them home (the lemon pepper) and put on seasoning myself. They’re cooked fine but again just zero flavor. Visually you can’t see a spec of seasoning on the dry rubs or fries, and you can’t taste it either. The employees there are nice but just never get anything right and have 0 customer service skills, from taking the order to cooking the food and even to the way they speak to you, they act like they’re getting paid $1 an hour. Today when we went to pick up food the person taking orders had their kids working for them. Literally. Their child was handing out orders to people. I get not having child care, but having your kids do your job for you is insane and obviously breaking some type of labor laws. I’ve also never seen the same employee there. It’s always someone new who can’t even place an order. Just eat anywhere else and you will get better food and service.

Love the food from here. Ordered the All In Bundle through Uber Eats but did not receive any of the chicken tenders that are a part of the bundle. Upon calling the store, I could not get through to any associate on the phone and was on hold for 10 minutes prior to just hanging up.

I ordered from here a few months ago and when I go home I found they didn’t give me wings that I ordered. When I called I got an automated message about online ordering. Last night my wife ordered and again they forgot an order of wings and I received the same automated message. The food isn’t bad but check your oder before you leave because the employees aren’t very competent.

Some things you truly can’t make up.. I paid $35 for 2 meals, these were the fries cooked in old oil and burn.. the wings undercooked, went back the next day to get my order properly made. I paid online and went to pick up. My boyfriend ate his so I still took a $14 loss.

I think they answered the complaints about this location. They are much faster with orders for the past few months. Food don’t sit long so it’s not mushy. Good menu with room for some small side orders other than corn or fries but it’s good. Location is clean.

This Levittown location is a night mare. You guys really need to get it together here. My husband and I walked in there was one white young cook behind the counter, eatimg and cooking same time. No gloves. Then a young black woman came out of the bathroom on her phone yelled while walking towards us we told her we were picking up a order and i needed to order a drink. She handed my husband his food and walked away leaving us standing there. Then walked to the back started cookimg. No gloves. I yelled back to them “can I order a drink please”? They BOTH ignored me and ee continued to dtand there and I said to my husband “is this a joke”? Then another young black guy came from the back talking on his phone the entire time, told the person on his personal cell phone “yeah hold on real quick just ringing someone up real quick” then rang up my drink and walked away. He was actually nice. You guys need to know whats going on in your restaurant. This is actually a joke that they treat even human Beings let alone your customers. Sad part of this every word of this is true and not 1is made up.

This has to be the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever seen and to top it off the food is not properly made. The drink machine needs to be changed since most of the drinks have no flavor other than carbonation. The staff listen to their music loud where as you can hear it from when you first walk in. The floor is a sticky mess. Tables not cleaned. This place needs to be revamped or shut down.
