Delicious food! Dinner entrees come with your pick of 2 sides. Happy hour has a limited but affordable menu with great drink choices. One app that stands out is the oxtail empanadas! They’re small but flavorful, juicy, and always keep me coming back.

I celebrated my birthday at the establishment in New Milford rather than the one I was more familiar with in Hackensack due to it being closed on that particular date 2/11/23. Myself along with four of my sisters enjoyed everything from the service to the food which was in all of our opinions delicious. With all that being said there was one thing that diminishes it all . After having our dinner the staff cut the birthday cake that we brought and literally STOLE ALL THE TOPPINGS AND HALF OF THE CAKE . We didn’t realize until we left because they packed the cake after giving us just slithers of it so we wouldn’t realize so much was missing. Not sure how this established wants to be recognized after something so tragic happing, but someone needs to make this right . The cake was expensive and deserved to be shared by the people that purchased it. Money was stolen from the pockets of my sisters for my birthday and I’m appalled at such behaviors from your staff . I’m not sure if you guys take your reviews serious but we need some sort of compensation for what happened at your establishment . Also be clear this was not a one man job a few of the workers had to partake in such vile behavior . If you want to make it right you can respond to the review if not hopefully others can see this an make a clear decision on whether they want to dine at your establishment.

Casual Habana is a go to spot when I’m home in NJ. My family loves it! The empanadas and Ropa Vieja are my favorite. Great prices, generous portions. Service is normally good even if they’re busy.
