The food was good! I ordered delivery for my brother and myself and was not disappointed. Everything was delivered quickly, hot, and it seemed freshly made. I’m beginning to think that some of the other reviews were nothing more than angry customers.

The buffet has a smaller selection but I was pleasantly surprised by flavor. I enjoyed their chicken dishes and so did my toddler. All our food was hot but some dishes weren’t as fresh. We went in on Sunday about an hour before the mall closed and they were lacking in quantity in some dishes. Overall it was decent and I would recommend for a quick dinner.

I am a regular customer at Grand China but tonight will be the last time I order. I ordered take out for pick up to get home and find several mistakes in my order. Missing two items and charged and received something I did not order. Called to try and get it sorted out. They would not deliver the missing items. They wanted me to bring the extra item back to store thay they rang in which I did not order if I wanted to be refunded for it.

I’ve been coming to grand china for years. I always come for the teriyaki chicken, pineapple chicken, noodles, and many other dishes. The manager is very nice and so is the rest of the staff. They visit with us and always remember drink and make sure we have chop sticks without asking. Which makes it feel very welcoming. However I do miss the honey chicken…

I have ate here for 6+ years. My order was way messed up they never gave me the beef chow mein I ordered. They gave me an extra peppered steak. When I call to tell them I never got it they yelled at me and argued I received it and want me not to eat the food and bring it in the next day! Will never go back there again!

Every time we go there we have had an issue with the amount they charged us. Today is the LAST time we will ever go there. After church we walked by while walking to another restaurant in the Mall. The sign in the doorway said lunch buffet (time was 11:45 AM on as Sunday) $8.59. The 4 of us went in and ate. When I went up to pay I was told that it was $3 more per person than what the sign said. I was told that on Sundays they charge dinner buffet price (over $11 per person) all day. I said the sign in the entryway said $8.59 for lunch buffet. The older lady was quick to point out the small writing on the bottom of the sign (12″ below any other text on the sign) that stated dinner buffet prices charged all day on Sundays. I argued that the sign is misleading and the lady would not listen to my side of the story and she kept repeating “the sign says dinner price all day on Sundays”. I have to agree with my 10 year old, “that store is like a con store”. I would be happy to discuss this matter with a manager at the Grand China but for some odd reason I can not get a hold of one.

This place is horrible! Worst food and service, don’t waste your money! The food on the buffet sits out and it’s not always fresh. Some of the food looked like it had been sitting out for a long time and some of it was cold. We brought it to the managers attention and she didn’t seem to care.

I had the buffet and it was almost closing time. They had every excuse to have dry food out, or cold food. Every thing was very good. I would say that this is one of my top 3 of all time. If definitely recommend this restaurant.
