The burger was good. Everything I expect from Jack’s. As I pulled up I noticed a short line at the drive through so I parked and went in. As I stood there the employees were goofing off and no one was getting served. I noticed a car pulling through the drive-thru window that was in line when I pulled in so I went back to my truck. I pulled up to the drive-thru and it was just as slow. The line was a crawl and when I got to the window the employees were still cutting up. But the burger was hot and fresh. So there’s that.

Drive thru backed up went in..sloths cooking and at counter. Man in front left no one would take order. Ordered tender meal no fry salt..girl dropped tongs went to wash off. Manager salted frys. Food getting cold..new frys up..put in bag..left them on counter..had to ask for food..never going bacl

This is the worst Jack’s in the state of Alabama. Service is always horrid. If you go inside to order during breakfast you’ll wait an excessive amount of time for somebody to even acknowledge you’re at the counter. Employees never seem to know what they’re doing, most likely because they have managers who aren’t managing.

Went in for lunch and the manager was to digging in the Ice Cream box and wouldn’t wait on the customers at the counter. After a few min I left and will not be back. Service sucked and she is a Manager or was wearing a manager shirt.
