Loved this place! Madison was our server both times my husband and I visited this location (for breakfast and dinner). Madison was so friendly and hardworking. The entire crew at this location was nice and served us pretty quickly even though it was busy. Good food for a good price and great service!

If I could leave negative stars I would! I sat for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. The younger girl (dyed black hair) working was too busy flirting with the guy sitting at the bar to even speak much less acknowledge me.

Visiting Asheville for a family wedding, love a good Waffle House! I went in with family today and with my daughter who is two and autistic. She was having a particularly rough day I felt bad and embarrassed when she was acting up and wouldn’t sit, I took her to the car to give the other patrons at the restaurant peace. The waitress had my food taken to the car for me to eat and my drink out in a cup. Silverware and all. I appreciate it so much. It’s so hard to even eat a meal anymore and that moment of help, peace and understanding made me feel better. I appreciate the staff at this location today and the care they showed to a single mom of a special needs kid.

Food was great. Everything came out hot. The service is why I don’t give it 5/5. The waitress never came back after serving the food, and I needed a refill of water (which I ultimately never even got). Then they charged more for the double waffles vs any other Waffle House I been to. So I don’t see a reason to come back to this specific Waffle House.

A waffle house is only as good as the cook on the grill .. never seen a waffle house cook leave a station when it was as busy as this one was during breakfast till today . The next thing was laying bacon on plates with no order.. our food came cold .. waffle was so cold it wouldn’t melt the butter which was at room temperature . Then to fine out the cook was the Manger.. who left the floor completely during a rush to talk to a employee who came in .. the customers come first then the employee .. During our stay the Manger never hit the front counter again .. and our waitress said she was glad we got our food .. last how can a waffle house have cold coffee.

Every time I go to North Carolina from Illinois, to visit my son, I eat at Waffle Houses along the way. I’ve been to a bunch of Waffle Houses. The food is always good and the service is always excellent. This Waffle House was no exception.
