Do not waste your time coming here. Ridiculously slow service. Went to get a quick kids meal for my daughter and waited over 30 mins in the drive thru and there were 3 cars in front of us.

I went through the drive through, there were no cars in front if me and I waited 25 min on my food and all the burgers were made wrong. I looked at the ticket and they were right on there. The patties were rubbery. It just was not a good experience.

White gravy is always watered down. Fries and onion rings are always fried too hard. Chicken strips are always fried too hard. Small cheeseburgers that were chargrilled to death. The one star is good because the Blizzards are always topnotch.

This is the best DQ in NW Louisiana. The owner is onsite most of the time as the full time manager. His staff is well trained, friendly and helpful. The food is always made to order, well prepared and fresh. Even the picky eater in my family loves this place!
