So I purchased the Pepperoni Extra Most Best pizza and I feel leaving one quarter of the pizza or more without toppings or cheese is not acceptable! It’s definitely not the extra most best pizza I’ve ever had or even close! If I pay extra for more I expect to get it! Please do better Little Caesars. With that said the pizza did taste good.

I ordered 6 pizzas for 10:45 the day before with Valeria. I get there the day of and there is a handwritten sign “we open at 11” when online and in the store opening time is at 10:30am. I knock on the glass door to ask if they were going to have them ready for me and both ladies in there decide to ignore me. Finally one looks my way and points at the sign on the door, while im telling her I have a question. And she says “wait” and points at the sign again. Horrible customer service. Thank god for Zappy’s!

Called at 5:39 to order a pizza dude told me 5 minutes. I arrive at 5:50 and I get told there was no pizza for me. So I doubled checked and showed sarahi the number I called and she told me that wasn’t there number. I took her word and ordered since I was in wrong but when she gave me my receipt I checked Google address and number and infact it was the correct place I called. She didn’t have a explanation to her lie nor why my phone order was never placed when I called her out. She walked away to the back pretending she was gonna fix my issue and never came back to me. I had to wait 15 minutes for my pizza upon my arrival when it should of been made cause I called in for pick up. Bad customer service!!!!!
