We called in an order for 2 large pizzas and was told it would take about 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, we had one pizza and the other you forgot to make. This is strike two on your location for us out of two tries….the other time you forgot to deliver our pizzas and they sat for 45 minutes until we called and asked where they were. One more chance and we are finding a different pizza place.

Honestly Pizza Hut (Columbia Falls) looks and taste is beyond amazing. Newly remodeled for the better, giving inside the restaurant definitely a different but comfortable and safe environment.The staffing is limited due to rebuild but provide excellent Customer Service/Food, making it worth every minute and penny you spend with them and your loved ones. For all out of state travelers I do highly recommend stopping by to enjoy everything this newly slowly but surely/striving location reinventing themselves from what was.

It’s been a few years since I’ve seen a Pizza Hut that you could dine in. By the time a pizza is delivered and you get everything set up it’s not the same as dining in. If you can remember what it was like dining in and have a hot pizza delivered to your table with a cold drink then you ought to pay this place for a pizza I will drink and get that taste that you taste it years ago before Pizza Hut started closing the indoor dining. It was delivered hot and it was fantastically and terrifically tasty. The staff were ultra-friendly and they welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. Clean on the outside clean on the inside. They take debit credit and cash.

If I could I would rate 0 stars. Terrible customer service. When you call they leave you on hold for over 25 mins with no anwser and when you show up you are made to wait even longer. I just wanted a refund for my burnt bread sticks. I didn’t realize that was a pass for management to treat me poorly and close the window in my face. Even after I explained I was moving and didn’t wish for credit because one was not near by where I was moving.

I was traveling through town and ordered online at 11am and when i pulled up to the drive through to get my ordered a very nice lady explained that the store didn’t open until noon and i arrived at 11:20. She stated that she would go ahead and cook ny pizza. Awesom place.

Pizza hit use to be a big deal in this town. Unfortunately times changes things. However currently they are severely under staffed yet the lady that’s in there is doing her best to be as wonderful and accommodating as she can.. they recently remodeled it again and got rid of the buffet.. that was a dumb move.. but at least your arms don’t stick to the tables anymore.

Last time we went here we sat inside and the food was great. This time we decided to get it as a carryout. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and added black olives and cheese bread. The pizza had a miniscule amount of olives and literally 5 slices of pepperoni. No thanks again, we will go to STAGELINE PIZZA because at least we get what we pay for. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Older waitress with the grey hair has a rotten attitude. Came in looking to get some food and before even speaking with us she gave us a dirty look and proceeded to tell us the dining area is closed even though a bunch of people were seated and a few parties didn’t even have food yet. I understand things closed but the dirty looks received for just walking in the door were completely unwarranted. Recommend dominos instead.
