Let me start out by prefacing that im not one to complain typically. This was my 1st time ordering from this location. 3rd time ordering from itsjustqings altogether. This has been the only time I’ve had a bad experience but holy God was this bad. First a $5 coupon didn’t eant to apply on the app so I payed the full nearly $40 for my order. I go to pick it up and look at my food. One of the orders clearly isn’t what I ordered as I ordered 2 dru rub wings and 1 wet but my food has 2 wet wing boxes and nearly no fries in any box despite it coming with significant amount for the price at the other location.

Never again!!! Never Again!!!!! This was my first time ordering from its just wings in Secaucus from Uber eats… I wish I would have read the reviews first. I was waiting for the delivery person to be deliver. I look at the reviews and I really did pray that maybe one or two people that had a bad experience. No no no no no no no no !!!!! ….,,,, everything they said in the reviews is accurate if I want a half of chicken I would have order from Bbq…. Lol wings was undercook flabby giant the sauce is just thrown on the fries … The wings were soggy I threw that stuff in the garbage…. and the owner of this business whoever is replying back to these reviews. I see your reply back but it seem like somewhere you are not listening to what the customer is saying. If you just do it right you will get wonderful reviews just try it out. That’s my opinion….. but I would never order from any of your locations again and I threw that in the garbage VERY disappoint.

The chicken quality of the wings here is very low. The chicken is very fatty and oversized wings. I really did not like the quality and threw away 10 wings after eating six of them. The curly fries were just ok. I will not eat here again bcuz the chicken reminded me of the hormone overgrown chickens that don’t move around which made me think that is why the meat is so fatty. The flavors are just ok as well. Had Cajun and lemon pepper.
