First time ever eaten at Zaxby’s. And I was actually surprised. The service was good the food was good. A little pricey for four pieces of chicken tenders a half a handful of french fries. But that’s the new Norm. Not sure if I’d ever go back. But who knows.

Nicest fast food staff I have ever encountered. Everyone is courteous and friendly. The food comes out super fast and hot. The dining area and restrooms are well maintained and clean. It is a pleasure frequenting the Palm Coast Zaxby’s. I prefer it over Chic Fila.

Patient, kind, generous staff. My 6 year old loved the kiddie cheese (its a grilled cheese for anyone who is from the northern states). We were curious about the sauces and a staff member in particular was more than happy to give us 1 of each. 10 stars. The fries are cooked to perfection. The cole slaw (chopped cole slaw?!) is to perfection. I hope they can expand up north, i think Zaxby’s has a chance to beat out Chick-fil-a up there!

Food is good when they actually give you what you order. I don’t like their fries, just personal preference, so I always order extra toast instead. 9 times out of 10, I don’t get my extra toast and instead get fries.

This place is always been good for me. The last few times I’ve eaten there. The chicken fingers were very small each time so really when you get a six piece it’s really more like a three. I don’t know if that’s because the chicken shortage or what it’s disappointing. Every time I go. Other than that all the other food and service is always good.

It’s rare that I can’t find anything to critique, but this place pulled it off. The food was fast and fresh, service was friendly and the restaurant clean. If I really wanted to knit pick and split hairs, the ketchup dispenser was empty, and the ice was out at the fountain. So the staff was more than happy to give us ketchup packets and fill the cups behind the counter for us. Not even close to a big enough deal to take away a star. Great place to stop for a delicious and quick meal!
