The employees that work there are absolutely wonderful. Jaz who usually works the register is always super sweet, kind, and always makes me feel great when I come in! There’s also a few other young men there during lunchtime, and the afternoon who ALWAYS greet me, and say, “Welcome to Arby’s!”

Sadly, we didn’t eat here because service was either unorganized or very short-handed. Just before 1pm on a workday. Five people in line ahead of us, but no one was taking orders for at least a minute. Three additional people waiting for their orders. Someone called out from behind the counter that they were sorry about the wait, but from what we saw, drive thru and phone were more important.

Stay far far away from this place! Waited almost 25 mins in the drive thru even though I placed my order online with an exact pickup time given to me via their website. Big guy at the window had to be one of the most unfriendly/unprofessional person I’ve dealt with in a long time at a drive thru! Asked if he could put Arby’s sauce and horsey sauce in the bag and he basically shoved the bag at me and nodded his head. Get all the way home, and no horsey sauce, how shocking!! Wish I could give this place 0 stars!!
