I love Arby’s but this is disgusting! Both sandwiches look like this. 3 huge pieces of roast beef as thick as lunch meat. Why you would send something out like that? I couldn’t post the pictures on door dash or I would have on there too. Unacceptable!!

Wow. I have to start this review by sending out love to the poor workers under the nasty horse of a manager. She is not only stupid but you can tell she is mean to the employees who have no fun at work whatsoever. She refused to serve me because I asked to have items taken off the sandwiches I ordered. Yes you read that right. I was not asking for anything extra. I just wanted all salad items left off the sandwiches. She flatly refused saying it would cost me extra to do that!!! Can you believe it? Everyone has the right to have the sandwich made the way you like it. But not according to her. I was wondering why the usual long line was completely gone – now I know. That woman has zero customer service ability. How she got into a management position is the 8th wonder of the world. Again, I am so very sorry to all the good people trying to do their job with her making life so miserable. I pray you can find a job elsewhere.

Very friendly! Curly fries and jalapeno poppers were cooked to perfection. Chicken bacon swiss had a fresh bun, fresh veggies, and was excellent except the chicken wasn’t quite finished. It really needed another 1-2 min to get hot in the center. I had to turn around to get my classic roast beef since it had been forgotten and the wait is a bit long that time.

What a nightmare !! EVERY single item was wrong . I ordered over $30 worth of food and not one sandwich in the bag is something we will eat .. who still eats that beef and cheddar why is that cheese even legal Also they shoved everything in one bag that kept ripping open while trying to get in the house almost lost all my food wouldn’t usually leave a review and would just let the manager know but they don’t answer the phone ever apparently.

It’s been months (October) since we had any coupons in the mail. Coupons are mandatory for eating here. Food is usually decent, but oh so expensive. 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches with a coupon is $8.65… without the coupon, it’s $12.53! Inflation is unreal. I remember you could get 4 for $5 beef and cheddar.
