This is the new original recipe nuggets. Pretty good but no where near as good as the bone in chicken due to no skin or less fat. The staff was really great. Answered questions without attitude. Very rare. Also, I like they have a KFC sauce which is a mix of honey mustard and BBQ. The place is clean and organized. I gave 4 stars because I expected better flavor. That aside this location and staff are really great!

The lady in the drive thru was hard to understand and they were getting frustrated with me because I couldn’t understand. Then when I pulled up to the window I said “just to clarify..!!!” The lady then puts her finger up didn’t communicate and shuts the window on me. So I felt that was very rude and unprofessional as she speaks in her microphone all I can hear is staff laughing! Very loud laughter and then a woman comes up I think maybe a manager and she assists me she was kind but felt like she had an attitude when I wanted to make sure I was getting clarification on what I ordered. But I’m confused as to why I couldn’t make my mash potatoes a large with my order she said you have to order a large mash potatoes separately which is odd. But I’m giving a 2 star rating for the over all experience I had. Rude, and unprofessional staff today. And also they didn’t even include silverware with my food that’s another thing I would like to leave a restaurant or any fast food place with a spoon or fork on the go. I did not have one in my bad. Make that two bags cus I had to make another drive in the drive thru for separate mash potatoes when I could of saved a trip and got it with my meal.

Food was all cold. And sat way too long. And got the scraps left over. When I went in because my order was wrong I overheard Manager saying that they were out of everything so they were out of the nuggets are ready and gave me the last of what was in the tray. Also they were out of barbecue sauce and said that they weren’t getting that anymore for a while

Went out to lunch with my son. We decided on KFC since we had some coupons sitting around the house. He decided on the spicey chicken sandwich which came with 3 sides and a drink for $7.99 and I got the 2 pc. meal with 1 side and a drink for $5.99. Plus I paid for an extra side. We got out for less than $20. Food was hot and freshly made and service was good as well. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back.

I can’t believe how KFC has gone down on the quality of it food so bad. I call myself giving them a another chance since I had coupons in the mail I regret every moment of it there coleslaw use to be so delicious now today I had it, it was dry and wasn’t the same . The chicken was slimy and greasy it was awful the mash potatoes was just of. KFC has completely gone down I am regretting the fact that I didn’t go to Popeyes like I usually do.
